Quick Review - Powerline PAB21X Ab Bench

Hey guys, I just wanted to write a quick post about the Powerline PAB21X Ab Bench. I don't have a lot of time, but just wanted to give you the quick scoop.

just looking at the Powerline PAB21X Ab Bench I was not overly impressed. I mean, all it looks like its just a inclined seat with not much else to it. But I gotta tell you, this thing can give you some fantastic workouts!

I gave it a quick run through in a local store because I had been wanting to try it out. The setup on the thing is extremely simple, but man, it sure does target your abs well and I feel it would be great in the long run to help lose belly fat.

while in the store, I thought I would just play around on it to see how it worked. It turns out that just playing around for a few minutes ended up giving me a pretty darn good abdominal workout. I think I was sweating after only playing about five minutes!

If you get a chance, try to run by your local fitness store and check out the Powerline PAB21X Ab Bench. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by how much it works your abs. It is definitely great at targeting your ab area to help you lose belly fat.

Does The Ab Lounge Sport Really Work?

So I decided to give the Ab Lounge Sport a go, to see what kind of results I could get. I have a cousin who bought one and was raving about it so I wanted to see if her claims held true or not. She is not always the most reliable.....:-).

First, the good: I found the Ab Lounge Sport to be very comfortable, which is always a plus. I found myself just lounging around watching TV in it quite often. Maybe it will make a nice chair to watch basketball games in while I have a beer?

Anyway, I found doing the actual work out to be pretty easy for the most part. In fact, it may have been a bit too easy. I guess what I'm saying is that the Ab Lounge Sport did not really work my abs all that much. I did feel a little bit from the workout, but not as much as I have felt using some of the other machines.

Another thing that concerned me a bit was that the Ab Lounge Sport didn't really feel all that durable either. I could feel a kind of rocking and moving around while I was doing my exercises. I don't think it was going to fall apart or anything, but it may not hold up over time as well as some of the other ad machines that I have use for my ab workouts.

While I wouldn't not recommend the Ab Lounge Sport, I would say to definitely look around a little bit when trying to find the best ad machine to help you lose your belly fat.

Ab Coaster CS1000 Review

The truth is that you really don't need any special products to work your abs and lose your belly fat. But the Ab Coaster CS1000 cool that I thought I needed to take it for a spin.

You have probably seen the Ab Coaster CS1000 advertised on TV. It is definitely a heavy-duty piece of equipment. It is large and heavy, unlike some of the smaller ab machines.

Basically, the Ab Coaster CS1000 allows for a movement which is like a combination of a crunch and a hanging leg raise. Unlike those two however, he keeps stress off your lower back. This should help you keep from risking any type of injury to work your abs.

I found that the workout I got on the Ab Coaster CS1000 was fantastic. I was able to do more repetitions than I figured I would be able to. I think this is because of the support that the machine provides. I can tell you that my abs definitely got a good workout because I could REALLY feel the burn.

Obviously, using the Ab Coaster CS1000 by itself will not melt away belly fat. But if you combine this with a good diet and other exercise routine you should be well on your way to losing some of your get. If I knew of someone who was interested, I would definitely tell them to get the Ab Coaster CS1000 if they could afford it.

The Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer Review

Does The Ab Rocket Work?

I got the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer to get rid of my spare tire. It was pretty easy to get set up in my living room. I'm not one who often did situps because I have some neck and back issues. The great thing about the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer is that it supports your neck and has handles on the sides to help you pull yourself up if your abs are strong enough yet. This makes it good for beginners as well as more advanced people.

After going at it for about 10 to 15 minutes I found myself pretty tired out and my abs very fatigued. I thought it did a very good job. Too bad I can't say the same about myself...:-).

The only problem I had with the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer was the cheap plastic handles on it. It is not a big deal as long as you're careful, but I really wish they would make these things a little more solid and durable. All in all, if I had to do it all over again, I would still buy the Ab Rocket Abdominal Trainer.
